How refunds work for PremiumAV digital licences.
PremiumAV Total Security is a digital product. Licence keys are delivered by email after payment is verified; there is no physical shipping.
Because keys can be delivered instantly, refunds are considered case-by-case within 7 days of purchase if the product cannot be activated and our support team cannot resolve the issue. Refunds are generally not available once a key has been activated and used, except where required by applicable law.
Email support@premiumav.in with your order id / payment reference. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or passwords.
