Delivery Policy

What is delivered

• Installer download from premiumav.in (or the link provided after a verified purchase)
• Licence key and/or activation / delivery details by email after successful payment verification
• Account access at premiumav.in/account

Delivery time (current commercial phase)

For the current commercial / manual fulfilment phase, licence, download, and activation details are delivered electronically within 1–5 business days after successful payment, subject to payment verification and fraud/security checks.

We do not claim instant automatic licence delivery unless that path is separately proven and enabled by PremiumAV.

No physical shipping

We do not ship CDs, boxes, or other physical media. There is no courier tracking number for licence delivery.

If you did not receive your key or download link within the stated window, contact support@premiumav.in with your order reference and payment email (never send card numbers or passwords).
